What CSV do I need?

You need the weekly earnings CSV from your Whatnot Seller Hub. Go to Finances, then Earnings, select the week, and click Download CSV. That is the file you upload to MARGN.PLUS.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you can always reactivate. And your data is never held hostage: you can download a single merged CSV of everything you've uploaded anytime from Account → Tax prep.
What do insights include?

Insights analyze your sales data to surface actionable tips, fun facts about your selling patterns, margin optimization suggestions, and buyer behavior observations. They are generated using Claude by Anthropic and are unique to your data.
How is my data stored?

Your CSV data is processed and stored securely in our database. You can delete any report at any time from your Account page. When you generate AI insights, buyer names and product titles are replaced with anonymous tags before leaving our server — Anthropic does not train on API traffic. We never sell or share your personally identifiable data. Aggregated, anonymized industry trends may be used to power benchmark features.
