What is MARGN.PLUS?

MARGN.PLUS is an analytics platform built specifically for Whatnot resellers. Upload your weekly earnings CSV and get detailed breakdowns of your revenue, profit margins, buyer behavior, and more. Our AI-powered insights help you optimize your selling strategy.
What CSV do I need?

You need the weekly earnings CSV from your Whatnot Seller Hub. Go to Finances, then Earnings, select the week, and click Download CSV. That is the file you upload to MARGN.PLUS.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you can always reactivate.
What do AI insights include?

AI insights analyze your sales data to surface actionable tips, fun facts about your selling patterns, margin optimization suggestions, and buyer behavior observations. They are generated using Claude by Anthropic and are unique to your data.
How is my data stored?

Your CSV data is processed and stored securely in our database. You can delete any report at any time from your Account page. When you generate AI insights, buyer names and product titles are replaced with anonymous tags before leaving our server — Anthropic does not train on API traffic. We never sell or share your personally identifiable data. Aggregated, anonymized industry trends may be used to power benchmark features.
